Francesco Mele

Hi, I’m Francesco Mele, a professional real estate agent in Sardinia with over 18 years of experience in buying and selling properties in this beautiful mediterranean Island.

After returning from a 4-year stint in Dublin, I embarked on my career in 2005 as a developer of foreign markets for local real estate companies.

In 2007, I co-founded Homes in Sardinia in collaboration with an external real estate agency, and in 2010, after obtaining my real estate agent’s license, I formally began my career in the real estate world.

In 2007, I also initiated the Move to Sardinia project, which involved the creation of a real estate portal. Although the project was briefly interrupted, it was later resumed in 2015 and has since become one of the most visited real estate portals in the Sardinian real estate landscape.

My deep knowledge of the local territory, coupled with my passion for the real estate market, has led me to be active in the stunning Northern coast of Sardinia, a region brimming with natural beauty and diverse investment opportunities.

My mission is to help clients realize their real estate dreams. I have an in-depth understanding of the local real estate market and specialize in assisting European and international buyers in discovering and acquiring their dream homes in Sardinia.

Thanks to my experience and network of collaborators, I can guide you through the buying process safely and seamlessly, whether you’re seeking a primary residence, a second home, or an investment property.

Together with my team of experts, I take pride in offering high-quality service. We ensure clear communication in multiple foreign languages while placing transparency and honesty at the core of every real estate transaction. I’m here to listen to your needs, answer your questions, and work together to achieve your real estate goals.

Over the years, I have built strong relationships with satisfied clients, colleagues, and industry professionals. My network of contacts and commitment to excellence allow me to offer a comprehensive service, including support from professionals such as technicians, notaries, and lawyers.

Beyond my work, I love exploring the beauty of the island, from its breathtaking beaches to its culinary traditions. My connection to my homeland gives me a unique perspective and a genuine passion for sharing all that Sardinia has to offer.

I hope to have the opportunity to work with you and help you discover your piece of paradise in Sardinia. Please don’t hesitate to contact me with any questions regarding the Sardinian real estate world.

Thank you for visiting my website, and I look forward to assisting you in realizing your real estate dreams!
