There are two air-conditioners in the house, specifically one in the living area and one in the bedrooms area.

The covered veranda, right next the bbq zone, is equipped with a large table and eight seats. It is the perfect location for a summer bbq party!

For those who love to relax, there is the choice: the shade in the garden or the solarium at the first floor. The solarium is accessible with a stair, located right in front of the barbecue.

Valledoria

San Pietro’s Beach is 250 meters away, while Valledoria is far 1,5 km away.
In addition to the two kiosks directly on the beach, there is one in the area of the pine forest right next to a restaurant.

Valledoria is a small town but offers main services, such as supermarkets, bank and post office, cafés and restaurants, pharmacy, car rental office etc…

In the surroundings there are other nice tourist destinations, such as Isola Rossa and Castelsardo. These are both easily reachable by car in 15 minutes.
The closest airport is located in Alghero, about 70 km away, while Olbia International Airport is 90 km far.
The port of Porto Torres is far 45 km and the one in Olbia is 90 km away.
